  trigger word    
The lever that activates the firing mechanism of a gun is the trigger.  In marketing and in website design a word or series of words which cause the person reading or hearing that word or term to act is called a trigger word or trigger phrase.  It's the word or series of words that causes an action to begin.

In web design trigger words are phrases or expressions which are familiar to the user and are used to lead a visitor through a website.  "Click Here", "Contact Us", "Home Page", "Add to Shopping Cart" are all trigger words and phrases will are familiar with seeing on websites.  Two advantages of using trigger words on a web page are 1. It makes the visitor feel comfortable.  They are in familiar territory. and 2.  You can lead a person easily through a website without them having to make too many decisions about where to go next.

turnkey business    
Sometimes called a turnkey operation, a turnkey business is one that has been setup and piloted for you.  A franchise is an example of a turnkey business.  Many multi-level marketing business promote themselves as turnkey.  Something is termed turnkey when it is already for use.  The image is that you just turn the key and you're ready to go with that business or activity.

One of the latest social media services available on the Internet is called Twitter.  The basic function of Twitter is to help friends, families, co-workers, etc. stay connected throught the exchange of quick, short messages.  The service is free to users.

Twitter has also started to become an option for online marketers.

two-tier program

In affiliate or multi-level marketing a two tier program refers to commissions that can be received not only from sales generated by oneself but by those generated by those individuals who they recommend to the program as well.  When an individual gets paid based on their own sales, those generated by the people they have referred to a particular affiliate or multi-level program and those their referrals have referred this is called a three tier program.
